I take great delight in making my customers happy. What makes you happy? Let's talk about it. Please take a moment to look over my policies and the FAQ for good information that you can use in your purchasing decision.

Everything in my shop is made to order - I am a one woman operation and I make the rings one at a time, just for you with you in mind. I don't keep an inventory or stock of rings that I can pull down off the shelf, like a department store or a "big box" operation. It's just me, out at my bench, making my art for you. This means a couple of important things for you., as follows:

1. It takes a little bit of time to receive your order. Usually the production time is about four weeks before shipping. I also offer rush production for a fee, see the "add ons and extras" section of my store.

2. It's important to order the correct size right from the start, since there is nothing on the shelf to exchange your ring with if you order the wrong size. I can resize your existing ring but there is a fee associated with that (unless for some reason I made a mistake and made the ring the wrong size - which is an extremely rare occurrence). If you purchase and use one of my ring sizers before purchasing your ring, I guarantee that your ring will fit and if it doesn't I will size it up or down up to half a size at no charge other than for shipping. I can do this because my ring sizers are calibrated to the tool I use to create your ring in the proper size.  Please watch my short video on how to properly size your finger:


3. There are no refunds or exchanges on personalized or custom items. A custom item is any item that is not a standard design already listed. 

4. I warrant that every piece of jewelry I make is free from defects. If there is a workmanship issue with your item please let me know right away.
